My name is Courtney and I am a community-based researcher who loves to work on projects. This passion has led to a career dedicated to tackling complex social problems, including homelessness, poverty reduction, and overdose prevention. Solutions to gaps in our community are increasingly led by small, independent projects. Metrics for Change was designed to support local community initiatives evaluate their work.

We do this by offering community workshops as well as provide individual consultation sessions that result in a plan and tools to support different types of evaluation.
